PA to Managing Director
Helix Software Limited is a website company that specialises in
the development of CMS websites and custom online applications. We
have a proven track record working with membership based
organisations and in particular engineering and scientific
industries. Further details of Helix and the work we do can be

We currently have a vacancy for a new person to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a mature and professional approach to
work and have experience of company administration and building
relationships with clients. It is essential that you have very good
IT skills and a knowledge of, and interest in the internet, your
written English will also need to be of a high standard with a good
attention to detail.
The work will involve:
- General administration - filing of personal records, collating
purchase and expenses information for the company book keeper,
staff holidays, company calendar.
- Sales administration - raising invoices, preparing reports,
support contracts, hosting contracts, domain records, assisting
with proposals and training materials.
- Trafficking - Monitoring project deadlines, managing human
resources and contacting clients. This is to ensure that deadlines
and budgets are met and where this is not possible that the client
is engaged with the situation at the earliest opportunity. Updating
project/job records.
- Sales and Marketing - Assist with the development of a
marketing and sales plan, arranging appointments, attend client
meetings together with Helix staff, updating the company website,
twitter and linkedin accounts, market research.
Located in Gretton, this is a part-time role which may lead to
full-time. We envisage that the working week will be Monday,
Tuesday and Wednesday. This matches other part-time staff working
patterns. We have a flexible hours policy and you will need to be
able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
