The solution combined a CMS system with custom functionality. The CMS system extends to the whole site to provide easy site content maintenance.

Description

The Big Hand website is provided by the National Lottery to support out reach workers and there clients in Wales in making more successful applications for national lottery funding. The site is a Extranet site requiring the user to log in to gain access to the various resources provided. The brief was to provide a Content Management System (CMS) that was intuitive to use by the out reach workers so that they could manage user access and update the information resources. In addition the out reach workers have access to a resticted area that includes a document management system where they can upload monthly reports. These reports can then be accessed by the scheme managers.
